Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in a Crockpot.
  4. Pour additional soy sauce or a sauce of your choice over the meatballs if desired.
  5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until fully cooked through.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with extra green onions if preferred.

Notes

Store cooked meatballs in an airtight container for up to three days. Meatballs can be shaped and stored in the fridge for up to a day in advance. Freeze cooked meatballs for up to three months.
