Toss the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle the lime dressing over and toss gently.
Serve
- Serve immediately, topping with crumbled cheese and garnishing with lime zest or jalapeño slices if desired.
Notes
Dress the salad just before serving to maintain texture and color. Keep avocado pieces slightly larger than the mango to prevent mashing.
