- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken pieces for about 7-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and freshly squeezed lime juice until smooth and creamy.
- Lower the heat, pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, and stir well. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Serving
- Place the rice or noodles in bowls, top with the saucy chicken, and finish with a sprinkle of green onions.
Notes
