Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise A light homemade version can be used for healthiness.
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 1 tbsp honey
Sliders
  • 4 ea slider buns Freshly sliced to avoid sogginess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
Breading and Frying
  1. Dredge each seasoned chicken piece in flour, dip into the egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Making Bang Bang Sauce
  1. Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing fried chicken on a slider bun, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and add toppings.
  2. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot before frying for the best results. Let fried chicken rest on paper towels to remove excess oil.
