Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, gathering everyone around the table.
