Method
 

Marinating Chicken
  1. In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15–20 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the bell pepper and onion, cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes until they’re tender yet crisp.
  4. Season your creation with black pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with the chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes
