Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti Ensure it’s al dente before adding to the pot.
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Fresh or thawed chicken works best.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Consider a low-sodium option if watching your salt intake.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to swap for Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Optional, adds a refreshing burst of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. In your crock pot, add the cooked spaghetti, chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well to ensure everything is harmoniously combined.
  3. Cover your crock pot and set it to low, cooking for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and can easily be shredded.
  4. Once ready, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the pot, breaking it down into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and create a creamy, cheesy mixture.
  6. If you wish, sprinkle the diced tomatoes on top before serving.
  7. Scoop the decadent cheesy chicken spaghetti into bowls and enjoy it hot.
