  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adjust amount to achieve desired creaminess.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Choose freshly grated cheese for a richer taste.
  • 20 ounces Cheese Tortellini Fresh or frozen varieties both work well.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnishing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken, then pour chicken broth around the edges.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and set to low for approximately 4 hours.
  2. After cooking, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
  3. Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and tortellini to the pot. Stir to combine and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving. Dish it out into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, monitor the cooking time to avoid overcooking the chicken. You can also adjust cream quantity for desired richness.
