Preparation
- Start by patting the chicken breasts dry and seasoning them on both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
Cooking
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6–7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Assembly
- In each tortilla, layer romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Wrap it tightly and serve.
Notes
Serve with additional croutons on the side. For convenience, prep the chicken and chop the romaine ahead of time, assembling wraps just before serving.
