  4. Introduce the sliced zucchini and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet still vibrant.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  6. Serve your stir fry over cooked rice or noodles if desired.

Notes

For best results, consider marinating the chicken in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking. For more flavor, you can also add broccoli or snap peas.
