Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Generously season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken, followed by pouring the chicken broth on top.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and return it to the broth.
  5. Stir in the chosen pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Switch the slow cooker to high and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnishing with chopped parsley.

Notes
