Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose fresh, plump chicken breasts.
  • 8 oz egg noodles Opt for high-quality noodles.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted butter for better seasoning control.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh cloves work best for flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish For added color and freshness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it starts to froth.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
  5. Toss the cooked egg noodles into the skillet, coating them with the garlic butter and ensuring every noodle is infused with flavor.
  6. Serve the sliced chicken over the buttered noodles and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Customize by adding vegetables or different seasonings.
