Preparation
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it starts to froth.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
- Toss the cooked egg noodles into the skillet, coating them with the garlic butter and ensuring every noodle is infused with flavor.
- Serve the sliced chicken over the buttered noodles and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Customize by adding vegetables or different seasonings.
