Preparation
  1. Lightly coat the bottom of your crock pot with vegetable oil. Place the boneless chicken breasts inside, arranging them evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, minced garlic, and chicken broth until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Stir in the Italian dressing mix, ensuring an even distribution of flavors.
  4. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken in the crock pot, making sure it’s well covered.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  2. About 15 minutes before serving, boil the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta once it’s cooked.
  3. Remove the cooked chicken from the crock pot, shred it using two forks, and mix it back into the delicious sauce.
  4. Serve the chicken over pasta, garnished with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
