  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and layer the broccoli on top.
  4. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the top of the chicken and broccoli.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt completely.
