Preparation
- Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
Mixing
- In a bowl, combine the grated parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
Coating
- Pour the creamy garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot. Gently stir to coat everything evenly.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and set it on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
Serving
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top just before serving.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the crockpot for even cooking. Allow the dish to rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking for the best flavor.
