  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning Customize with herbs you love.

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease the insert of your crockpot with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to ensure easy clean-up.
  2. Arrange the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  4. Drizzle the savory mixture over the chicken breasts and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  2. Just before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

Notes

For best flavor, avoid opening the lid during cooking. Check chicken temperature reaches 165°F for safety. Can add lemon juice for a bright finish.
