  • 12 oz egg noodles Fresh or dry, high-quality preferred.

Preparation
  1. Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the beef chuck roast, enhancing its flavor.
  2. Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce; stir gently until combined.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, ensuring the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Once the beef is done, shred it in the slow cooker and mix it well with the remaining broth.
  4. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and heat everything together for another 10-15 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or Parmesan for a special touch.

Notes

Consider searing the beef for extra flavor. Make sure the beef is submerged in the broth for even cooking. Letting the dish sit allows flavors to meld beautifully.
