Ingredients

Soups and Broth
  • 10.5 oz Can of Cream of Chicken Soup Using store-bought is convenient, but homemade can elevate the flavor if you have the time!
  • 10.5 oz Can of Cream of Celery Soup Swap it for a homemade creamy veggie soup for a fresher twist.
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth Low-sodium broth allows you to control the saltiness in the dish.
Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Kinder's Buttery Poultry Blend Or your favorite poultry blend seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2-1 tsp Herbs De Provence Or Italian seasoning.
  • Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Or any garlic and herb blend.
Main Ingredients
  • 10 oz Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables Choose your favorites! Green beans, peas, or corn also work well.
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs Thighs are juicier but breasts provide a leaner option.
  • 24 oz Bag of Reames Frozen Egg Noodles

Method

Preparation
  1. In your slow cooker, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chicken broth, poultry blend, black pepper, and herbs until well combined.
  2. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, ensuring they’re coated in the sauce mixture.
  3. Season your chicken pieces generously with the garlic and herb seasoning, then place them on top of the creamy mixture in the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Cover your slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
  2. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to mix.
  3. Cook the Reames frozen egg noodles according to package directions, or add them during the last hour of cooking in the slow cooker for a one-pot meal.
  4. Mix the cooked noodles into the chicken and veggie mixture, letting everything meld together for 10-15 minutes on warm.

Notes

For the best flavor, check cook time to ensure chicken juiciness, avoid overcooking vegetables, and consider adding a squeeze of lemon or dash of hot sauce.
