Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- While the chicken is cooking, lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer on cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Place it back in the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a nice crispy exterior.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer, slice in half, and serve warm with extra lettuce or a side of your choice.
Notes
Tip: Ensure chicken is cut evenly for even cooking. Don’t overstuff tortillas to avoid bursting.
