- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides lightly with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

- Place seared chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Shred the chicken in the sauce, or leave it whole, stirring gently to combine.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
