- Place the seasoned chicken into the crockpot. Add the cubed butter on top, followed by chicken broth and heavy cream.

- In the final 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl. Stir this mixture into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
Finishing Touches
- About 20 minutes before serving, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce. Serve over rice, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper and paprika flakes.
