Preparation and Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes around the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider searing chicken before adding to the crockpot. Experiment with different herbs or potatoes for variety.
