- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Add the halved baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider searing chicken before adding to the crockpot. Experiment with different herbs or potatoes for variety.
