Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, cubed chicken, marinara sauce, water, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Baking
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and gently stir the casserole.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, then return it to the oven uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Allow the dish to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, mix some mozzarella into the casserole before topping. Ensure chicken is evenly cubed for uniform cooking.
