Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce and vegetables.
  7. Serve over rice or toss with noodles.

Notes
