Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce and vegetables.
- Serve over rice or toss with noodles.
Notes
Can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
