Preparation
  1. Line your slow cooker with a liner or parchment paper for effortless cleanup.
  2. Layer in the white baking chips, melting wafers, and peanut butter if using—do not stir!
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for one hour, allowing all ingredients to melt gently to the desired creaminess.
  4. After an hour, stir the mixture well until everything is blended and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Fold in the salted peanuts and crushed pretzels, then carefully mix in half of the M&Ms, reserving the rest for later.
  2. Using a spoon, drop dollops of the melted mixture onto wax or parchment paper-lined baking sheets or counters.
  3. While still warm, press a few M&Ms onto each candy piece for a vibrant finish.
  4. Let the candies cool completely at room temperature or place them in the fridge for faster setting.
