Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the pan.
  3. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
Cooking the Noodles
  1. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add the egg noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to the package directions until tender.
Final Assembly
  1. Once the noodles are cooked, return the chicken to the pan.
  2. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and gently toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For the best results, ensure chicken is seared properly and noodles are not overcooked. Consider marinating chicken for added flavor.
