Preparation
- Start by placing the chicken tenderloins in the center of your slow cooker. Leave ample room around them for the vegetables.
- On one side, arrange the Yukon gold potato wedges, followed by filling the other side with the lovely baby carrots.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, and parsley.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture generously over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring they are well-coated. Then cover the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and the veggies are perfectly cooked. Serve hot.
Notes
Avoid overcooking and ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Customize veggies as desired.
