Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but still vibrant green.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
