- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture, and gently stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly to coat everything.
Cooking
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the top and allow it to melt slightly.
