Preparation
  1. Begin by layering the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the seasoned chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for approximately 4 hours.
  6. Once ready, serve hot, adorned with fresh parsley.

Notes

Can be prepped the night before and refrigerated. Great for freezing; keeps well for up to 3 months. Reheat gently.
