  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved Can substitute with other small potatoes.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Can use melted butter for richer taste.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated cheese enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley for garnish Fresh parsley adds color and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Begin by placing the chicken and halved potatoes into the slow cooker, ensuring an even distribution.
  2. Drizzle olive oil generously over the chicken and potatoes.
  3. Next, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Use tongs to gently toss the chicken and potatoes, ensuring they are well-coated with the olive oil and seasonings.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, depending on your schedule.
  2. Check doneness periodically based on your specific model.
  3. Once cooked, top with fresh parsley before serving for a burst of color and flavor.
