Cooking
- Slide the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a beautiful glaze.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mixture for about 30 minutes before baking. Broiling for the last few minutes can give a beautiful golden finish. This dish can also be made with tofu for a vegan version or with cayenne pepper for a spicy twist.
