- In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and Irish cream flavored creamer. Dip each ladyfinger into the mixture briefly, ensuring they don’t become soggy.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
Assemble the tiramisu a day ahead for best texture and flavor. Serve chilled for optimal taste. Can freeze individual slices for longer storage.
