Preparation

  3. Pour coconut milk over the ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
