- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer.
- In a medium bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh basil and serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Notes
To save time, chop sun-dried tomatoes and measure spices in advance. If using frozen chicken, adjust cooking time accordingly. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the sauce towards the end of cooking.
