  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to your preference.
  • Fresh basil for garnish Add just before serving for freshness.
  • Parmesan cheese for serving Sprinkle on individual servings.

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, garnish with fresh basil and serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Notes

To save time, chop sun-dried tomatoes and measure spices in advance. If using frozen chicken, adjust cooking time accordingly. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the sauce towards the end of cooking.
