Cooking

- Cook chicken for approximately 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for safe consumption.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Assembly
- Serve sliced chicken in tortillas topped with pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
For variations, substitute chicken with marinated grilled tempeh or jackfruit for a vegan option. Adjust chipotle and cayenne for mild or spicy preferences.
