Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the rice evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, water, chopped onion, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture over the rice evenly.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice and sauce mixture, pressing them gently into the dish.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour without peeking.
  8. Once done, fluff the rice gently and serve warm.
