Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a half sheet pan with foil and spray it generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken pieces with paper towels to remove excess moisture and place them on the prepared foil.
- Evenly sprinkle both sides of the chicken with seasoning salt (about a tablespoon for all eight pieces should suffice).
- Spoon or brush your favorite BBQ sauce over the chicken, coating it well.
Cooking
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, brushing with more BBQ sauce halfway through if desired.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For flavor variations, you can substitute chicken with cauliflower wings, or use different seasoning blends to customize the dish.
