- In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined and smooth.
- Gently pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours, stirring halfway through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry, then stir it into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
