Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the salsa verde over the chicken.
  3. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  4. Stir to combine everything evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the salsa.
  7. Serve it in tacos, over rice, or as you wish for an enjoyable meal.

Notes
