  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Adjust based on preference.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Add chopped chipotle peppers along with spices; stir to combine and let it cook for an additional few minutes.
  3. Stir in cream and adjust the consistency with broth or water as needed; let it simmer until thickened.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in a separate skillet or microwave; this makes them easier to roll.
  5. Place a generous portion of the beef filling in the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Pour any leftover sauce over the burritos and top with additional cheese if desired.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
