  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh is best for invigorating aromas.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced Fresh is best for invigorating aromas.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • to taste rice Rice for serving Serve over rice.

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until mixed well to create a rich marinade.
  2. Add the beef into the pot and ensure it’s thoroughly coated in the marinade for maximum flavor infusion.
  3. Cover the pot and set it to cook on low heat for 6-8 hours until the beef is incredibly tender. It should fall apart easily with a fork.
  4. Once finished, shred the beef into bite-sized pieces, and mix it back into the delicious sauce to keep it juicy and flavorful.
  5. Serve your flavorful Korean BBQ over a generous bed of rice, and accompany it with steamed vegetables for a delightful crunch.
