  • 1/4 cup milk
  • to taste salt and pepper Season the mixture before combining.
  • for serving Cooked rice or pasta Serve over your choice.

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk until smooth.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, coating it evenly.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F; this ensures it’s fully cooked.
  3. (Optional) For a different texture, shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve hot over cooked rice or pasta, and enjoy!

Notes

Timing Matters: Cooking on high works just as well for time-saving but low and slow really enhances flavors. Adjust cream cheese quantity for creaminess preference. For added texture, consider shredding the chicken before serving.
