  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds Can be substituted with ground mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
  2. Add garlic, black pepper, mustard seeds, and thyme on top of the meat.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, ensuring the brisket is mostly submerged.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage around the brisket, creating a colorful layer of vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart.
  6. Carefully remove the meat and vegetables, slice the corned beef, and serve.
