- Lay the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
- In a medium bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth, and pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese on top without stirring it in.
Cooking
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir until well blended.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in a sandwich.
