- In your slow cooker, combine the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently until the mixture is well-blended.
- Gently place the frozen meatballs directly into the sauce mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours.
- Once cooked, ensure the meatballs are heated through to at least 165°F.
- Serve hot on their own, over a bed of rice, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
Notes
For thicker sauce, lift the lid in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Fresh scallions or sesame seeds make a great garnish.
