- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice and taco seasoning. Stir to coat evenly.
- In meal prep containers, layer rice, shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Top with fresh cilantro and add lime wedges on the side.
- Seal containers and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- To serve, warm in the microwave and enjoy!
