- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the hot honey, mixing well until combined.
- Coat the chicken breasts generously with the hot honey butter sauce.
- Transfer the coated chicken to a baking dish and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken.
Notes
For best results, pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Marinating in hot honey for a few hours will enhance flavor. Let chicken rest post-baking for juiciness.
