Preparation of Meatballs
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the Crockpot.
Sauce Preparation
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the Crockpot.
Cooking the Meatballs
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Prepare the meatball mixture a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. These meatballs freeze well, just thaw overnight before reheating.
